OPEN LETTER TO MTN AND OTHER STUPID/FUCQED UP NETWORKS....FUCQ..ALL..OF..YOU!!!

Dear MTN,
I write this letter with so much pain.
On January 1 2012, GEJ Government took Nigerians by surprise on New Year Day with their fuel subsidy wahala. Little did we know that you guys were jealous of the attention we gave them.

On January 4 2014, I gave a recharge card vendor a #200 note in exchange for #200 worth of MTN airtime but she returned the money to me saying I will need to balance her extra #20. I walked up to another vendor and the same thing happened. On further investigations, I found out that you, MTN had topped an additional #10 to your #100, #200, and #400 airtime packages.
We have been told by MTN that the cost of those tools they have been using in torturing has risen and as such, we should pay extra #10 to make up for this.

I'm tempted to ask, why the sudden price increment? To rid off customers? To offer us good service? Or is MTN broke? Are you not the one that gave out an invisible aeroplane to an eighteen year old female subscriber a year ago thereby converting her from a studen to a pilot? Are you not the one that usually give two million naira to lucky subscribers daily IF and ONLY IF he/she will text WIN to 33314? Are you not the one that gave CHRISTY a Toyota Camry because she texted YES to 7070? Are you not the one that gave OGECHI a Honda four weeks ago because she texted WIN to 5050?

What of the #100 that was deducted from my sim and that of other innocent subscribers after MTN informed us via SMS that Nigeria's flag is green, white, gree? Are you not the one that offered us #400 airtime (though your terrible network didn't let us utilise the airtime before you took it back from us two days after) free of charge because we updated our sim registration details?

Last year, I was walked out of an examination hall by the supervisors because my phone rang. One missed call from 180. Those yellows guys have hypnotised me. I can't count the number of times I've gone to a mobile shop to get another line but walked out after 30 minutes with another MTN sim. I gave it all. The 0803, the 0806, the 0703, the 0706, the 0813, and the 0810 numbers.

MTN were the first to send me a new year SMS. They had me googling if I mistakenly killed late Nelson Mandela. (My number had not rested coz I refused to subscribed for Mandela's callertunes). I wake up every morning with a good morning SMS from MTN N informing me of my chance to win One Million Naira before the day is over. I go to bed every night with my good night SMS from MTN N informing me that I may not have been lucky today but tomorrow is another day.

Finally, why didn't you ask for my approval before the #10 subsidy issue? Some of you may be thinking that am jobless because of my 800 words article just because of #10. If #10 is taken out of your One Million Naira, would you still be called a millionaire?

But finally MTN has been fucking up.
Yours sincerely,
Nigeria OO

PHOTO: Two Arrested With A Human Head

Police in Afienya, Ghana, have arrested two persons on the Akosombo-Tema Highway for allegedly possessing human skull.
Photo: Two Ghanaian men arrested with a skull of a human
The two culprits, Simon Yovou, 34, fetish priest and Thomas Dodzie Nodzi, 38, unemployed, both residents of Afienya, were transporting the skull from Agortime Wudome in the Volta Region to Kumasi, when they were detained by the police.
The human part had been sent to the Forensic Laboratory for further confirmation.
Superintendent Kwesi Ofori, Dodowa District Police Commander confirmed the arrest.
Upon reaching a section of the Akosombo-Tema Highway near Afienya, the bus was reportedly stopped by the police, and a snap check conducted on the passengers in the vehicle revealed the skull hidden in Simon’s bag.
The police later got viable information from Simon, which led to the arrest of Thomas.
The police interrogation revealed that the skull was to be delivered to a certain Dzabaku, a fetish priest at Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
Superintendent Ofori further added that efforts by the Agortime Police and the Dodowa District Police to locate where the suspects got the skull from proved futile, as they failed to divulge any information to the police.

Chinese boss smashes bottle on employee's head in Ogun state( Photo)

The State Criminal Investigation Department, Eleweran, Ogun State, has
detained two Chinese nationals, Mike Jackson and Tony Jackson, for
allegedly brutalising Adeleke Owolabi, an employee of their company,
Jivan Plastic Company.
Owolabi, a graduate of Mass Communications from Olabisi Onabanjo
University, was beaten black and blue by the suspects on his first day
at work after a disagreement with Mike.Owolabi had said the police
refused to arrest the Chinese men due to their status as foreigners.

However, it was learnt that after PUNCH Metro’spublication, the
police immediately stormed the PVC manufacturing company in
Sagamu and whisked the suspects away.
It was learnt that the suspects apologised to Owolabi, who was also
at the SCID to write a statement.
Owolabi said,
“Yes, the Chinese men have been detained at the SCID and
I am satisfied with the action of the police so far. I am happy
that the media are helping to ensure that the matter is not swept
under the carpet.
“I am not after money but I just don’t want a situation
whereby Nigerians are treated badly by foreigners in their
own land.”
It was learnt that the suspects would remain in police custody
until the completion of investigation.
Owolabi had said,
“I was bringing out PVC materials out of a bag and Mike
said I was not handling the materials properly. He kicked
me and slapped me repeatedly so I held unto his shirt to
prevent him from beating me further.
“However, his cousin, Tony, smashed a bottle on my head
and they beat me until I fainted and woke up on the way to
Makun Police Division covered in blood.”
Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, who confirmed
the arrest of the Chinese men, promised that justice would prevail.
“The matter is at the SCID and we are compiling the case files.
We want to assure members of the public that justice will prevail,”

BOKO HARAM: 2,000 People Turned Into Refugees in Nigeria

More than 2,000 people were forced from their homes after a market attack in northeast Nigeria blamed on Boko Haram militants that killed at least 52, a relief agency said Thursday.
BOKO HARAM: 2,000 People Turned Into Refugees in Nigeria
Boko Haram church attack
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) in the region said 4,000 people were “affected” by Sunday’s attack in Kawuri village, Borno state, without giving further detail.
NEMA spokesman Abdulkadir Ibrahim said that in addition “over 2,000 internally displaced people (IDPs) are camped in” a college and primary school in Konduga district.
“Security arrangements are being made to convey relief materials like food, beddings and basic needs to cushion the effects of the displacement of the IDPs,” he added in a statement.
The attack, at about 5:00 pm (1600 GMT), saw heavily armed gunmen disguised as traders storm the village, which is 37 kilometres from the state capital, Maiduguri.
Witnesses said the gunmen arrived in four-wheel-drive vehicles and opened fire with machine guns before setting off homemade bombs that destroyed houses and other property.
Borno state police told AFP on Tuesday that 52 people had died, although local officials and the leader of the civilian vigilante group in the area said they had buried 85.
The attack came on the same day that at least 26 people were killed when suspected Boko Haram gunmen fired on worshippers during a service at a Roman Catholic church in neighbouring Adamawa state.
Borno, Adamawa and Yobe states were placed under emergency rule in May last year to try to end the insurgency, which has claimed thousands of lives since 2009.
Attacks have continued, most of them in rural areas of Borno, which borders Cameroon and Chad to the northeast and east, and Niger to the north.
The United Nations said last Friday that 4,000 people had fled northeast Nigeria to Cameroon and 1,500 to Niger since mid-January, both as a result of the insurgency and the military response to it.
More than 12,400 Nigerians are currently in Cameroon; 8,000 have fled to Niger with 30,000 Niger nationals who had been living in Nigeria.
