I can't speak for Chris or to make an accurate assessment of what is or what was actually taking place in this photo and the reason why his hand was extended. I am from the U.S., but I am not a C. Brown fan, but if I were a star, all of my fans would be special to me and with the controversy he went through a few years back with RiRi, he should be glad that he has fans who think highly of him. Never would I hurt someone feelings who idolizes me!!
